If you ask me, Gray would be (at first, of course) very, very awkward and shy around Juvia and with all this 'relationship' thing (just look at the final chapter or maybe it's just me ^^') and Juvia being Juvia would coo at him how Gray-sama is wonderfully cute! Let's say this kiss takes place some time after ending when Gray finally grow a pair and initiate kiss, not the other way
Well, at least he came to terms with his feelings and didn't run away like somebody *cough*Natsu*cough* (I guess there's another 100 years for that conclusion).
