Description
Jace, Sam and Hank join a tour off Olsen Chemicals to do research for a project. As they enter the group is met by Professor Anthony Olsen who leads them through the facility. Olsen explains that he founded this lab to help people with new medicines they make here. They pass by canisters of experimental chemicals as Olsen explains that he hopes the liquid in those canisters will treat rare skin diseases but they still trying to find safe ways off testing it. Just then the alarms start going off. They see three thugs including Johan Douglas running from security. As they run, Jace trips one of them for while Johan shoves Hank to the side, causing him to fall over the railing and directly into one of the canisters.

Jace sneaks away and turns into Rawhide to give chase to the crooks. As they got into a truck Johan believed that they would get away until the truck was flipped over. As Johan ran out, Rawhide easily caught him and left him and his partner for the cops. Hank was rushed to a hospital where his body begins to seemingly liquify, can only be contained by an isolation suit. Sam goes to see Hank where he finds him very depressed at what has happened. Sam tries to comfort him, but Hank grows increasingly impatient and frustrated with his condition.

Hank starts to mourn over his life plans that now had come to naught. When Sam suggests that he simply needs to take time to adjust to his condition, Hank lashes out unintentionally shooting liquid from his hands, missing Sam and melting his chair. He then storms out of the hospital. Hank wanders the streets, avoiding people but when he bumps into some thugs they inadvertently pull off his mask, one of them calls him a “Gunko”. Enraged he unwittingly shoots more streams of acid at the thugs burning and scaring not just them but those around him. Jace is on his way home when he gets a call from Sam who tells that Hank has ran from the hospital, Jace figures where he’s going.
