Here's another one of the characters from Happy Tree Friends that I drew last August.Here's Shifty, a green raccoon who wears a fedora hat who stealing money and meat (like Lifty does).
And he's also have a same brother named Lifty as well.
NOTE: I really hate these two pesky raccoon brothers in the burning passion. If you like Lifty and Shifty, then I respect your opinion on these characters, but if you hate them, well that's fine by me.
One more character will be submitting next.
