I'm not sure if it's suspended more so probably limited. You can try contacting the stage maker themselves but good luck trying to talk in japanese.
You might need to tell them the password just so they know you read their documentation and understand it.
As for taking the back ended route and trying to find someone who not only has it but is willing to pass it to you. I don't know many English speaking mmders with such stage but I know some niconico based mmders do have this model on hand. . . So good luck trying to figure this out.
If worse comes to worse probably use the Court Rooms from the previous entries of the game instead.
