Description ehh yea, so, in spirit of the 1st WA Dev Meet, I thought I'd put up a picture of my lovely home city, Seattle, Washington.

This was taken from Kerry Park atop Queen Anne Hill, probably the place from which the Seattle skyline is photographed most.

But this... is a rather... un-typical cityscape shot, eh?

Well I'd like to think so!

brilliant shot. i cant wait until you get a better camera to eliminate the part parts of your work... the only downside here is the grain from an old CCD. try and borrow the 300D for some shots.

great shot - amazing stuff as usual

btw you really need a higher res camera. I remember you saying in your " larynx" that your camera has bad resolution.

the city looks wonderful. if you ever re-visit this spot, it'd be cool to get a photo of the city through just the circles, like have the second square of the sculpture take up the whole frame and experiment with angles...

great reflections along the small steps. they contrast very well with the dark mid-section, and the bright lit up city. nice positioning, the way you've captured the skyline inside the circle in the box is amazing, very creative work.

the blue gradient in the sky is perfectly fitting, with the gradient of the picture. which is very nice, the way it goes, dark, light, dark, light, dark, from bottom to top. I might have changed the exposure to about +1, you might have gotten a little more of a sillhoutte effect. nice saturation though, very nice.

overall great picture. i'm still wondering if those lights from the buildings where edited? or are they really that colour?

Nice, I love the fore ground. The golden light. Did you use a prolonged exsposure? if so i think you might have broyght out the city light a bit to much. But the foregroud is ace. Good job.
