Naa... i battle against him a lot of times. All you have to do is defend or make Protega magic when hi make his last combo with his keyblades and then counter atack or when he stays and make an atack that he says "Take that". Then you jump and glide when he is in the middle and say "Come on". Tactic: If you want to take his keyblades, when you´re about to make a "zantetzuken"(or what ever) stay you select in the second panel like this:
