Description
This is a composite of two photos taken of my main kitchen window. The top photo is the pane on the left of the lower image. The liquids and bird debris are washed down by the tenants living in the upstairs unit - their balcony is directly above this window. This activity along with other offensive behavior on their part has been going on for several years. My pleas to the landlord, oral and written, for more than 1 1/2 years, have produced next to no change in the behavior of the people in the unit above me.
