Juuust a little quick 'un before I head to sleep, gonna need lots of rest! Anyway... Onto some explanation! This ribbon-armed rough-houser is called Ribbon Girl, one of the characters in the upcoming Switch game, Arms, heh, hence the punny title here. Why are their arms stretchy (or in her case, ribbons)?
