Comic 164: Because Tea is Important!
Panel 1: Show the Manor from outside, wide panel (full page width, with bleeds.), Manor towards the right of the panel. The sun is setting.

Panel 2: Looking over Xander's right shoulder. He's stirring his tea. The residents (with the exception of Lydia) are in the background waiting.

Panel 3: Thin, tall panel. Xander is drinking his tea. His oxygen mask is lowered (he only needs it for when his heart starts racing) and his eyes are scrunching in displeasure.
Xander: "Err... I see you've stopped purchasing my tea Mortimer."

Panel 4: Morty's head is bowed as he keeps his eyes off of Xander.
Mortimer: "I was unsure when you would be returning from your rest and deemed it prudent to invest the money in repairs instead."

Panel 5: Same panel, only now Mortimer is looking up and trembling a little bit in fear.
Xander: "Mortimer..."

Xander (2): "You know as well as I that tea will last for at least a year. You should have easily been able to afford to buy a packet of my favorite once a year."
