Being a J88 design of the North British Railways, Joe would've been working in Scotland for a little while. But having spent more years down South in preservation years than his working life, its suffice to say the scottish has gone out of his system... But from time to time he'll bring it back just for gits and shiggles. In this case when trying to start a banter arguement with the Scottish Twins 'emselves, he bites off a bit more than he can chew, or something, iunno.
For the scrubs who can't get actually scottish gibberish...
1) C'mon man, b'fore I have to bounce a tin of baked beans off ya jaw, lad.
2) Och, Neigh bother, the pair o' ye are aboot as threatanin' as a flock of goldfish
