Phoebe is a pkmn trainer. She's 16 years old, and her starter is Bob, the Tepig!

She'll appear in a little project I'm doing... I'll post it when it's done ^-^
I'm glad with her design, although... I'm not that sure about the color of her clothes... If someone want to give me a different color scheme idea, I'm all ears xD

PS.: I loved her hair, but it's kinda hard to draw... Like, lots of times... But she looks awesome with it, so I'll leave her this way xD
