This is Gizmonic Institute and the surrounding area from the show Mystery Science Theater 3000. Its was one of the settings early in the show's run.
I wanted to draw how it would probably look in real life. I took some artistic liberties and added a few things as well. I left out the "Gizmonic Institute"-hollywood sign that would be on the hills behind the main complex (because I'm lazy xD)
There's a shopping center that has Torgo's Pizza in it on the left. (theres also an Arby's nearby too).
