He's a slinky snake, sock puppet kind of accordion guy.
Seb is a live-in chef to another group of ocs I have who has an extremely short fuse for them. Low-key wants to eat other people but is stopped comedically.
This is just a poorly done and quick thing of drawing up an idea for him, and now that I think of it, I have yet to actually put him and the others side-by-side.
He's a funny little, french being, neckerchief wearing chef kind of guy. I am starting to love him but i I could make him goth? O.O would.
He is also really sassy and lives in the walls. Seb is called by both a loud grandfather clock and little bells wired around the haunted home he lives and works in. Doesn't abide the laws of physics btw, because he's just a lil guy. His total length is also unknown at this point btw.

I'll do an actual piece of him and the others but take this as a sort of ref sheet for him.
