This is my 12th portrait painting, my first of an animal, and the first I've submitted to my gallery.

I used a photo reference and painted this in Photoshop. The only filter I used was the "Watercolor" filter to add some texture. Other than that, it was all done with brush tools, smudging, and other techniques I've gotten used to while doing all these portraits. I'm getting faster and faster too. Practice makes perfect. Well.. no one's perfect, but.. Yeah.
