He was in his room, at his desk as he pulled out his secret journal Diary which says "Keep away! Especially YOU MIKEY!!". He grabbed a pen, and sat there... thinking... until he finally knew what to write

"Dear Master Splinter,
I remembered the last time I saw you a few weeks ago... as a body with no soul...
I hope you are doing well now, at least... for the 6 months Earth has left
I just want to say... I'm sorry

I'm sorry... for not taking your advice seriously. Yeah I know, you told me to control my temper, not to be rude, not to harm others when it isn't necessary, not to seek revenge... I get it now... you didn't want me to end up like the Shredder...

I'm sorry... for all the times I had argued with you, I still remember a few years back, I threw my bowl of ramen and smashed it against the floor and screamed in front of you and my brothers during dinner because I didn't want to listen to what you had to say about my actions. Yeah,I know, I was acting stupid...

I'm sorry... for not being there when you needed us most, like the time you were defeated by Shredder as he threw you into the flushing pool... we could have saved you if we got there sooner...

*tears start forming in his eyes*

I'm sorry... for not being there during the time of your deathbed... I never did get to hold your hand and give you strength to face death... that was the most regretful day of my life... I never get to whisper... "Thank you, for everything " into your ear before you were gone... your death was similar to your wife's... Tang Shen...You never got to say the last important words to your loved one… and now I know how you feel… And I never knew it hurts really bad… I never knew…

*He allowed his hot tears to fell... sobbing quietly...*

Thank you... father
Thank you for raising me
Thank you for providing the care I needed
Thank you for all the lessons you had taught me

*he looked up, tearing, gazing at the stars.. his vision is now in blur... his face felt really warm, he sniffled...*

And now, I have this 1 out of 99% chance for me to reverse this incident... and by the time you see me, I will be the son that will make you proud...like you always wanted. We will start over again"

Thanks for reading this lil drabble of mine in Raphael POV . Haha, English isn't my first language , so I'm sorry for any stupid grammatical mistake I wanted to make Raph’s backstory even more realistic. You know, arguing with parents and stuff… I think it would be him out of his brothers
And I shall give you the moral: “You never know how much you love your family until you lost them… so treat them with the best manner when they are still here”

Also this is my first realistic drawing I had done... And man... it took me almost a week. So many tutorials I have to look up, as well as brushes to download... Even till the point when I started to wonder "why did I started this painting again?" Haha.
