I am taking physics II this semester and recently learned about conduction: the process by which an electrically (negative) charged object can charge another object through contact..
I dunno why, but my brain made the comparison to a previous Naruto chapter (when Obito almost ressurected Madara and died...lol). Think of the negative charge as Madara's will in those black rods and you'll see how it makes sense...I hope.
