Meet Tara Kobayashi, one of my early character portrait painting concept artwork of the (sidequest) RPG character of the Night City. Her life is a tragic, a very sad story after brutally raped by her stepfather who her mother married to, as she stood there and watched her own daughter [Tara] repeated getting rape. After Tara ran away from home, and living on the street. She found a job from the girl, The Moxes, member of the Lizzie's Girl. Of course, V feel sorry for her, and finally gave Tara a chance to punish her stepfather and her mother for the evil things they done to her.

Even though Tara was born and raised in Night City districts, the future California United States -- far and far away from her biological father's home country Tokyo, Japan which she never get a chance to visit. But maybe one day if V could promise to bring back her grandmother's (her biological father side) jewelry bracelet back to her so she can bring them and a cat friend with her to Japan one day to her grandmother's grave.

Then later Officer Read was put on administrative leave for failing to call the female officer to perform search and seizure on female suspect Tara, but found nothing.
