-------------------------------------------------------------
Character: Rasmire the Fallen Prince
Race: Black Fox
Class: Nobility
Alignment: Evil
Information: The House of Alm was a minor house of Fox nobility that called the northern mountains of Droth home. One of many such noble houses established to govern over the vast territory and care for quadrants of land and people. In the years leading up to the calamity, the house of Alm suddenly grew in status. It was not unheard of for a noble families to marry sons and daughters off to other noble houses to form unions. Usually these unions were of pure convenience with little in the way of say, let alone love. It was at this time that Vulpin, the eldest son of Alm was set to wed a princess. And though she was not first born and set to inherit the kingdom, she was of the Royal house and the opportunity for Alm to become first among nobles was not an opportunity that could be missed. The only real issue was, that Rasmire, the second born of the House of Alm had known the Princess all his life. They had been playmates and friends since birth and over the years had fallen in love. Though he pled with this family to allow him to wed the princess, it was simply not done as he was the youngest son. It was then by some mysterious circumstance that Vulpin disappeared before the day of his wedding. To prevent the political chaos that would follow such a debacle as a postponed wedding and a failure of a union, Rasmire got his wish and wed his beloved. Of course secrets and lies are not easily hidden at court and within a fortnight it was discovered that Rasmire had murdered his brother and attempted to hide the evidence. Having been found out, he tried to flee with his new bride, but she rejected him, horrified by his actions. This crushed Rasmire, and though in his head he had killed his own brother for "love", it was this act of selfishness, and pride that led to his downfall. Fleeing the castle and soon the whole kingdom, the half mad fox now views all with suspicion and mistrust, for if his own beloved could betray him, anyone could.
