Edit;; my dumb ass uploaded the png as the source file. SORRY it should be a psd now.I was gonna use it for an OC, but decided it'd be cool to release something for you guys since I haven't in a while.
This thing is like the bastard child of yveltal and davy jones i don't even know, but hey, if you wanna make a character out of it, all the power to ya! I know I will be

*Sell any designs you make for any currency (Stipulation: You MUST allow resales for no more than they bought it for)
*Post your designs on DA, FA, Toyhou.se (or other 'OC storage' website), etc.
