Dude, It looks like some jackass just rip off your design. Just a few days ago I saw someone wore a t-shirt using this exact design but with a completely different layout in AFA event in my place. Well, I'm not entirely sure where the hell did he got that t-shirt (maybe he bought it somewhere or just printed it himself). I 'll let you know if I find any clue about this matter. It just suck to see so many design got stolen just like that by these people, and it happens quite a lot in my country

Yes, I can see that from his store link. But the one I saw was completely different in layout design but with the very same art. My first guess is that the design was stolen from NaBHaN . But whether for commercial purpose or not, that I don't know...

You have to have the ability to draw to design such things in Illustrator, Right? or Is it just practice?

Both, I've been drawing since the age of 8, but I also practice using illustrator for years, and I still learn something new every day.
