Ugh, now I remember why I didn't finish this one. Sucks major ass >.<He looks WAY too girlie (far beyond what should be permissable, I deserve to be shot or something).
I don't know why I gave him such long hair either (makes me wanna chop a lot of it off).
I kinda like the face though. Younger and kinda smirky without going full out ScreamerSmirk! The way Starscream throws his fits and interacts with the other 'cons, he strikes me as kind of a big kid who never gets his way but feels he SHOULD.
So here it is. Its a nice face, but not as much of Starscream in it as there should be.

Hmm, he does look kinda girlish... maybe because you made him look too kind. He's charming when he wants to be, I'm sure... but he's a calculating arrogant guy too. I like the way you drew his eyes.... and for his hair.... if you took off the long bits that fall behind his shoulders and leave the main "body" of it across his head I like it'd look great. I also think, this being a lineart sketch is the other reason why he looks kinda off.... I've always imagined him to have dark hair... perhaps some shading will add dimension to him?
LOL! I most definately agree with Screamer being like a spoiled kid. The young look works for him. I haven't seen much of G1 TFs but I imagine he and Megatron would bicker like two macho kids....
