**Absolutely aware I spelled "Malaysian" wrong on the image.

Everyone say 'hello' to Fenix! Honestly, I wasn't intending on using that name but it's just kind of stuck in a metaphorical sense (wanting to be "reborn" in a new character design). I won't spew the borderline novel explanation as to why I suddenly brain vomit out a new character- but I'll drop some key info.

Primary goal was to challenge myself, so I aimed for a lot of polar opposites in my art.

• Fluffy and soft > scaly and jagged.
• Average/full female > thin/small male.
• Humanoid facial structure > angular snout.

Then rather major jump from conveying emotion entirely with large mammalian ears to absolutely no ears. Also, no hair! (augh it's seriously difficult)

General concept is to have a new muse-like creature that I can use as a personal avatar but without needing to represent myself as a whole. "Subsona", per say. I want to have something that can very easily bounce between simplistically recognizable cute to potentially horrific monster, without altering or sacrificing design elements.

• Malaysian Cat Gecko = overall colour scheme, tail, snout etc.
• Secretary Bird = beak-like colouring, 'skin' around eyes and digitigrade legs.
• Grovyle/Torterra (Pokemon) = minor colour features and plant inspiration.
• Earth element = self explanatory; back/head leaves/branches ALWAYS vary.

Still WIP, in a sense. Only aspect I don't feel "final" is the colouring on the tail.
