This reminds me of a book I read when i was little called 'Cathy's Book' or something. It had all these wacky sketches down the margine of all the things the character liked and was involved in.
I love the way it looks like her thoughts are leaking from her hair and that the artist's signiture is twisted into it too, very creative.
The colour pallet is also nicely chosen.
