Description
To purchase this image as an exclusive limited edition print please visit my website @ WWW.NATEZEMAN.COMThe best sunset I've seen in a while. For a sense of scale look towards the bottom of the photo, and you'll see a dirt road.
A lot of you will probably ask about the color in this shot because it looks a bit unreal. I actually had to pull back some of the saturation in the RAW adjustments because the orange on the rocks was so intense.
Chimney Rock - Owl Creek Pass - Uncompahgre National Forest, Colorado

WOW! This is really amazing! I never thought anyone would be able to capture the colors of a Rocky Mountian Sunset like that! Even the Aspens seem to glow! Your pictures really breathe life into the way we see the world. Keep it up!
Keep leaving us awestruck!!!

Wow, this takes my breath away. Definitely surreal, my goodness!! I'd like to make a trip there one day. My parents hiked it and got caught in a storm, I heard it is tough terrain! Excellent capture yet again.

Is this the West side of Chimney Rock, coming from the Durango direction? I've climbed it twice. It's quite amazing when you reach the look-out point. I also love the huts you find along the way.
