Great looking Grizz.
I find it a lil funny how the rangers tell everyone that the ground is thin and you can break through into boiling water but grizzlys and bison will be tromping all over the ground in the background

Than again I have seen remains of Bison trapped in the hot pools in the winter....very stinky
Im going up next week!

haha yeah ive thought about that too. the animals know better than to go in a boiling hot spring though.. unfortunately im not confident that you could say that about all tourists haha

Yet another favorite - beautiful shot, not that this is at all surprising! He's gorgeous against that fog and lighter background and there is a gorgeous amount of detail in his (or her?) fur too. Spot on DOF!
