-Face, horns ,neck, talons, stomach, and wings have clean big glow stripes.
-High cheek bones.
-Has all of his feelers and lures.
-Pale greenish-blue eyes.
-Markings on the underside of his wings appear to look like lightening.

About;

Growing up with Shale was always interesting, he always had new 'facts' to share and always trying to seem smarter than the other. You'd think that because he's like this, he'd be a total worm, but he isn't. Halite had trouble trying to be nice to his older cousin, disliking a lot of his sharkshit and cockiness. While Shale went to be a scientist, Halite wanted to be a professor, to give snaplings and dragons real information that had decades of study put to the facts..... Then he got stuck with Seawhip. Seawhip was Shale's cousin, not his, he shouldn't have to care for him just because the brute couldn't talk straight and repeated things he flashed over and over again without knowing it. Halite has 'helped' Seawhip for the past 5 years of his life, dedicating the time he could be using for himself and his career to helping this jelly-headed brute who acted like a confused fryling.

Personality

When he's away from his cousin, he's a happy and joyous dragon. Easy to talk to and always ready to share his studies. When he is with Seawhip though, he's a different dragon. He's quick to annoy, snippy, he acts like a pre-k teacher who's had enough just about enough and can't wait to retire.
