Oh and silly me thought you would do the whole drawing first then animate... flash and i have serious issues between us

I just dont seem to keep the character consistent in all frames, thats why I break em up into parts so I can control the consistency better.

I did that few times, but then the animated parts always fked up in the middle... like if i wanted to change something, i would have to change in every frame, not only in the first and in the last... if it was a long animation, it always made me cry so i gave up on flash forever QQ

well you can try to draft the sketch first for ur inbetweens. if you notice how the initial drawings of the character in the animation, they are all jumpy and inconsistant, I've to redraw the line over again on a new layer to make it at least not jumpy or shaky


but yeah, traditional frame by frame animation is really alot of work and effort to put in
