From my Bleach fanfic cosmology. While the Soul Society knows of 9 Levels of Hell, there is a secret 10th Level, in which especially damned souls are trapped in perpetual darkness. It is guarded by the Dix Commandements Maléfiques de la Géhenne (Ten Maleficent Commandments of Gehenna), the top 10 strongest ten-horned Devils of Hell, serving their Hell Lord and serving directly under the Hell Gods- the four rulers of Hell.

Ythanel loves to fight and holds a special respect for strong opponents, she is a severe woman who has a fearsome and commanding presence she is harsh with her subordinates and peers and coldly merciless to her enemies, the deceptively beautiful woman's schadenfreude has her liking when those who don't deserve their titles getting what's coming to them. Sharp-tongued and highly combative, she is aggressive to those who slack off and is no stranger to furious chastisements and bursts of fiery violence, especially toward those who fail to live up to her high standards and staunch adherence to the "survival of the fittest" philosophy. That being said, she is extremely perceptive and adaptive, able to coolly judge which courses of action will lead to the most beneficial results, and capable of thinking and acting on the fly in response to unpredictable or mutable circumstances. Skilled at reading people and conscious of even her own limitations, As such, she has no tolerance at all for weakness or lack of willpower. She understands that she requires the support of her subordinates and peers in order to succeed and, though she understands that sacrifice is often a necessary part of her endeavors, never forgets the weight and impact that each person has on the world. As such, she takes her commanding role very seriously and has earned the undying loyalty of her men with her hands-on approach to leadership on and off the field of battle. While she cannot be said to have a "soft spot" for anyone outside of her Hell Lord, in particular, Ythanel is a deceptively caring and selfless individual, prone to taking great risks in order to protect the lives and well-being of those who have placed their trust in her. While slightly less affable than most of the Ten Commandments, she is much less malicious than most Devils. She despises those who say the name of the highest divine authority with carelessness and vanity due to her Commandment.

Her Commandment causes any Blasphemies/Vulgarities/Rudeness to be negated, forcing targets to be polite and obey the rules of decency. Her Element is Wind, which allows her to cause deoxygenation, oxygen poisoning, shredding vortexes, cyclones, aerial levitation when her wings are inoperable, pressurized air to pulverize enemies, breath gusts, jet propulsion, etc., she also has regeneration, hellfire manipulation, shadow manipulation, necromancy, and bird manipulation.
