just because something has a DD doesn't mean it is above the rules or hasn't broken one
the selectors are human too and make mistakes
I went to report it to be safe and it already has an art theft return of 'invalid' listed, so I didn't waste my time reporting it and instead honestly asked how this person got all the permissions to use those celebrity images which I can guarantee they did not take themselves.

Agreed. I've seen things here get DDs that weren't even the deviant's own work.
So, just because it has a Daily Deviation slapped onto it, it doesn't mean that it's untouchable. :/ Personally, I'm rather appalled that this is allowed to continue. As nice of an image as it is, all this is doing is just showing that uploading copyrighted material to your gallery is A-OK, when it isn't.
It's no wonder that people go around just uploading whatever, regardless of whether it's theirs or not.

How shall I say this, ~nedesem meant no harm by uploading this deviation, check the rest of his gallery to see if he is a hard-core art thief or not. One mistake according to you and he is labeled as a thief? Plus, you may be right or wrong, ~nedesem can be right or wrong, this is not the thing I'm pointing out. The thing is, please use the "note" feature and don't be disrespectful to the artist.
You are not artistically criticising his work at the moment, you two are actually talking behind his back as a thief and this is also against DA rules.
