Nefty and Neftaly are pretty much the same person. But they had some differences.

If you ask, Neftaly is pretty much a tomboy. She acts EXACTLY like him, she likes what he likes, she hates what he hates, just to note a few, seriously. But her voice sounds...should I say, weird?
However, she's not as powerful as the one you know.
Being petrified makes her completely stiff unlike Nefty, the cold paralyzes her when frozen in a block or a chunk of ice, and more quicker than him at the cost of weaker strength, roughly half of it.
