Previous: Next:I bet you all never thought they'd start talking about Saturday morning cartoons, did you? Originally I planned to show a little of what Nightmare and N. Fredbear were doing, but those talky speech bubbles take up lots of space, and it would have been hard to draw those two behemoths doing such fine work. They're welding Springtrap's arm rod and connecting the ends of the wires with those twisty plastic caps and stuff like that. Trust me, it wouldn't be interesting to watch anyway.
Springtrap has left the building. Any questions about the cartoon? You can't find it anywhere because it's not clear who has the rights to the cartoon, and it's not known if any of them survive except as old VHS tapes, but for the next few days you can post questions here and Springtrap might answer them. If he feels like it. And if he feels like being civil. Which I would not count on. If he gets rude, don't take it personally.
The "Sit on Springtrap" campaign from issue 154 is still going through the end of tonight! Tomorrow I'll do the final tally, post a gallery, and see how many cartoons I owe y'all.

Oh, and a question for Springs: So Faz-Ent had that cartoon - did they have any other weird marketing ideas or tie-ins at the job? Like a training video cartoon or something?

: They had video games. They made four or five arcade games based on the characters, but they were never seen outside the pizzerias because nobody else wanted them, what a surprise. They were mostly other games with changed graphics. Take Burgertime , change the chef to Freddy and the burger stuff to pizza toppings and there you go.

: I can tell when I'm touching something. It doesn't feel the same as when you're numb, but it didn't feel like it did when I was alive either. It's more like knowing that feeling.

Here's a question I was wondering about myself. Was it possible fnaf world was pretty much the cartoon? I mean in the fact that the characters actually foreshadowed the actual animatronics such as springtrap and the withered and phantom animatronics in fnaf world? Would springtrap even note about how uncanny that was.

FNAF world is an AU mishmash of all the elements of FNAF, plus some of Scott's other games. I've based "Fredbear and Friends" on parts of the game, but not all of it. No Crying Child, Nightmares, Withereds. Phantoms, et cetera.

I think that world is the one in which the cartoon takes place, but I don't think everything that happens in FNaF World also exists in the FNaF universe's "Fredbear and Friends". That would be pretty goddamn weird considering the Crying Child is present in FNaF World.

Ghost have a tendency to appear on TV even when everyone filming it doesn't even know their there. I'm betting the crying child was the one killed at the diner before Bob was transfered to the pizzeria. From the sound of it the cartoon was airing during the murder of the kid and the kid even then was haunting Bob after the murder and was unknowingly filmed for the episodes. Makes some sense to me there.

You can see Fredbear and Friends on the TV in the Crying Child's house. It must have been on before he died. And CC wasn't killed by the Purple Guy in either the games (where we see him die by Fredbear) or the comic ("he isn't one of mine").
