Previous: Next:I bet you all never thought they'd start talking about Saturday morning cartoons, did you? Originally I planned to show a little of what Nightmare and N. Fredbear were doing, but those talky speech bubbles take up lots of space, and it would have been hard to draw those two behemoths doing such fine work. They're welding Springtrap's arm rod and connecting the ends of the wires with those twisty plastic caps and stuff like that. Trust me, it wouldn't be interesting to watch anyway.
Springtrap has left the building. Any questions about the cartoon? You can't find it anywhere because it's not clear who has the rights to the cartoon, and it's not known if any of them survive except as old VHS tapes, but for the next few days you can post questions here and Springtrap might answer them. If he feels like it. And if he feels like being civil. Which I would not count on. If he gets rude, don't take it personally.
The "Sit on Springtrap" campaign from issue 154 is still going through the end of tonight! Tomorrow I'll do the final tally, post a gallery, and see how many cartoons I owe y'all.

Spring, you said the kids were asking you questions about the cubs for months. Were the kids young enough to not recognize the difference between the suits/animatronics and the cartoon characters? Did you ever have to deal with the occasional kid-freak-out when they put piece and piece together?

: The cartoon characters were animatronics too. They did all sorts of violent crap because a robot can shatter into a hundred pieces and it's just funny. Foxy got busted up in nearly every episode, or stuck to a giant magnet, or whatever. Anyway, when they saw the animatronics in the pizzeria they saw the cartoon characters, or at least most of them did. There was always the odd crybaby.

Why'd they drop Gold Bonnie? Did it have anything to do with a certain person's bad habit of murdering children?
And did you laugh your butt off when you watched that last episode, Springy?

If you ever "finish" Springaling you could work on remaking the cartoon into a comic. Y'know, just a few episodes, or work on it in your spare time. It'd be pretty cool. :3

:Actually, the few times they got new characters in, they were nearly always recolors of real characters. They convinced Faz-Ent that they were just more variations, so they wouldn't take away from the main moneymakers, who they wouldn't want to see as shopkeepers and stuff anyway, would they?

The kids asked about the babies' names and if Gold Bonnie was all right and if she was still Fredbear's secretary or assistant or whatever the hell she was, they never got specific. By the time they were old enough to ask the creepy questions they were too old to ask a jerk in a smelly fursuit.

It looks a lot like Tom and Jerry, actually! I think it looks okay based on the still picture, but it might not be as good with the real animation. We'll see!
