In the comments section of the last comic I mentioned that Springtrap is left handed. My rationale is that the last joints of his left thumb and pointer are broken off, a damage pattern that would be consistent with him using that hand in a violent way. His right thumb and pointer are intact, hinting that he uses that hand less.

He's on Fredbear's other side. Fredbear's so dang big that he blocks Bonnie completely--or all but his hand, which is touching Fred's shoulder. I can see why this confused you, as Chica seens to disappear after the first panel. (She's actually just out of camera range.)
