My brain is in full-blown "this is a bad idea" mode, but screw it. I wanted to draw a werewolf, so I drew one. Besides, I figured I should start the year right by trying something new (okay, by new, I mean "let's draw something fuzzy", something I'm not very good at). So here's someone near the finishing touches of his transformation. Though this does make me think of a question:

Why do people stick around to watch someone change into a monster? Are they so struck with terror that they can hardly move? I don't know, there usually isn't a reason (though I recall one moment somewhere where a person was grabbed by the werewolf as they changed, so they couldn't really escape).
