I have two younger siblings, and I am the eldest, always having to look after them! I also have some close friends I am the most responsible out of and tend to take care of them like an older sibling as well! huh.Β

This picture and all these comments got me thinking about my relationship with my little brother. As the older sibling, I always did my best, followed the rules and stayed out of trouble. My brother on the other hand, did not. Terribly tragic thing we found out later on, was that he acted out and got into a lot of trouble growing up into adulthood because he had seen me as the model son/daughter he could never be. I felt pretty awful about that.
Makes me curious it Mikey every feels that way and how he copes with that feeling.
Despite my musings, lovely picture. I'm glad it stirred some memories for me.
