I've Made a Thumbnail of Revenge Colonel, For his Theme.Things I Used:
Paint.NET: For Colonel's Sprites, Some Effects from him (Went to Layer Properties, Changed Blending Mode From Normal to Screen, Invert Colored and Changed Blending Mode From Normal to Darken)
Powerpoint 2007: For The Font "Chiller" (I Also used MS Paint to add the text into the Thumbnail)
