Description
The second division is in charge of the Records of the Seireitei and Royal houses and serves as a dual function over the Omnitsukido as well. While the two factions aren't formally aligned and can be separated at anytime should the need arise. It has been a long standing tradition that the captain of the second division also command the Omnitsukido. With a Shapu now in a Captain seat this tradition has found itself back to its roots. The dark green color bestowed upon this division signifies the discipline and elegance of such a noble position. Being the most synonymous with the royal houses, their politics create a higher standard then most other divisions.
