if I may offer a bit of criticism, the proportions on the arms in the second panel look a bit off, think it's the shape perhaps. It'd also look better if the muscle tone and definition were more drawn

She needs to start taking more pills, like a lot more. Alternatively, the drug could have a really long halflife meaning that the drug is building up in her system and becoming more and more potent.

I'm surprised that Emily's friend hasn't started taking two pills instead of one, although it might be just a matter of time before that happens, but at least she's sticking to taking one pill for the time being
