Don't look at me like that, I'll get to drawing those other things soon enough...I doubt that's their official name, but Nintendo hasn't said anything in one form or other, so it'll have to pass for now.
This variation of Goomba is from the game Super Mario Galaxy, and appears as a rather uncommon enemy. To defeat them, Mario must use a Star Spin and then stomp them when they've been flipped over and stunned.

I like to call them Buzzyoombas, seeing as their mutated eyes somewhat resemble the red ones of a buzzy beetle.

Actually, the name "Helmet Goomba" probably is their official name, since Nintendo never was too creative with names... specially if it's about a Mario character. Heheh.
