I can see you'e used a manga screen-tone style with the line art.... That's hard in terms of actual ink rather than good 'old digital art.
Sans's expression literally has him laughing  mad, it seems like he's completely lost his mind.... I can't help myself, I'm thinking of what color the broken heart is.... Is it cyan, topaz blue..... Or is it scarlet.
