Bio
-the past of the hero Wolverine is so mysterious that even he does not even know all of it. Suffice to say is that the loner X-Man also known simply his first name, Logan, is a mutant with a healing factor, slow ageing, retractable Claws, and an indestructible adamantium metal skeleton (the result of an experiment called Weapon X that he rarely even recalls) after spending time as a member of the Canadian government superhero team Alpha Flight of the base Department H, Wolverine was recruited by Charles Xavier to join the X-Men. Though he had a tough time fitting in with the group and was constantly clashing with team leader Cyclops (Logan would later grow to respect him as a leader) Wolverine eventually considered the X-Mansion to be his true home, and the X-Men as his true family. He has formed strong friendships with Storm, Nightcrawler (who has helped him to rediscover his faith in God) Colossus, Morph, Gambit, and Jean grey (whom he was once in love with, though she stayed fully committed to her love, cyclops)
Wolverine has had his share of ups and downs in his long life span such as wwII team up with Captain America, fighting the Incredible Hulk during his early superhero days, forced to stop an unstable Jean Grey who became the Phoenix, getting his adamantium ripped from his bones by Magneto, and his long rivalry with nemesis Sabretooth (whom claims to know about his past involving team X
Though he doesn’t deny his capacity for violence and killing, Logan has long tempered it with his desire to do good and to protect others. He only does the deed as a last resort, and he is the only X-man to get his hands dirty so no one else on the team has to….
