Description I do data reduction for a survey company and it is boring, very very boring. But they have post-it notes and whiteboards, so I have something to amuse myself. This was the result of a particularly grueling day. Before I realized it, I'd spent 30minutes on this thing. By the next day I'd forgotten I'd done it until everyone kept complimenting me on the 'awesome dinosaur bird thingy.' Looking at it again, I realized I needed a camera and fast! So I photographed this effort of procrastination and the original went the way of all white-board creations.

I was heavily influenced by Ricardo Delgado's graphic novels, Age of Reptiles. His style is incredible and he has a way of storytelling without using a single word (fortunate since dinosaurs aren't the most literate creatures). The colors were what I had on hand with the whiteboard markers. It's just something I had fun doing and thought looked cool (which in the end is all that really matters, right?)
