Few days ago I played L4D2 game with my classmate,she was Ellis and I was Rochelle,when we were in a men's room,
I got pills in a urinal.
I think it's nasty so even my HP became red,I didn't want to use it.
Then I threw it to someone.
Next day I talked about that with the classmate,
in the beginning she laughed very loudly,
but then her face became serious.
"Yes,I know you threw it,because I GOT IT!"
then she told me what happaned in that time.
Ellis was rushing at the zombles with a katana,when he was closed to the zombles,
suddenly his katana turned to pills!

I've had this happen to me when I was crouning a Witch
one of my AI teamates gave me pills just as I pulled the triger and well I shot her and my gun ternd into peelz and the Witch
knocked me down before I could run and my brother ( the only nonAI at the time ) was standing next to me loling and shootin me insted of the witch
inbetween lols he would shout "Peelz here!" and lol evan more

this exact think actually happened to me recently as Ellis, except it was Nick instead of Rochelle and it was an adrenaline shot in Swamp Fever >.<
while i was slashing the zombies out of the room since our teammate was boomered, player Nick crouched walked behind me and passed me the adrenaline shot lol
I yelled at him later but it was funny
