I think Evanesce, Hero!Tenko, would be pretty good about talking to children about "villan quirks" and just does his best to dispel quirk discrimination and internal prejudice with each interaction.
Also for context in this AU I have Shinso in foster care, its not an abusive home, its actually nice. The home specializes in "villainous quirks" and any kid that has a hard time within the system. The kid Tenko is speaking to is one of the children at the foster home that Shinso picks up after school💜
