Hooray for digital painting- not >.<

This is my first attempt at digital painting, with aid from [link] Drew it on the comp and everything; all done on the comp, just now. It's a self portrait [no matter how much you know there's something off, but you just can't put your finger on it], and, to be quite honest, it's probably the most tame my hair has ever been xD - also, nevermind the background.
Please for the love of god tell me how crap it is and why! Constructive crit is helpful, not bitchy, hence the 'constructive part'.
