Before you ask, no! This isn't Chloe Carmichael.This is just some random character I created named
Rina. I guess she does resemble Chloe Carmichael
from Fairly OddParents. But that's purely coincidence!
All I know is that she's blonde, wears yellow, has blue eyes,
and also wears striped socks of a blue-ish gray hue.
I'm not sure what personality to give her. I think it could be
a rather friendly, bubbly, and charming one.
But I still don't know what age she should be, and what I should
make her like and dislike, and who she should befriend.
The next time I give her a biography, I might give her some
personality, likes, dislikes, and friends and e.t.c.
