Tartar was originally created by C.H. Greenblatt
(the creator of Chowder), I just did what I think she'd
look like and made her female. She's based on this thing:

Greenblatt didn't say what animal she was or what gender she'd
be, but the reason why I made her a sheep is because I happened to
spot this doodle of Panini in this drawing by Murumokirby: murumokirby360.deviantart.com/…
I made her have eyes similar to Panini, without having her come across
as a clone of her.
She's a quiet, shy, and graceful little sheep girl who is
the apprentice of Ceviche. She cannot talk, for she is mute,
so she communicates only by dancing. When she wears
any clothing, her wool sticks out of her clothers. Though it doesn't
show that much when she's in her dancing uniform.
Her signature color is a tomato-colored red, and while she
can't talk she can think. She lets her thoughts do all the talking
for her!
