A tuesday night at Bloodline, the Kazakov family's jazz club and lounge was typically quiet but this night was beyond dead. Eileen, a new act eager to impress the bar's owner, Abram. Abram was an underboss of the Kazakov crime family. She had shown up with hopes of auitioning in front of a crowd, but that wasn't in the cards tonight. She performed for an audience of one.

After the show, shots and toasts insued, followed by some more drinking, joking and laughing...ultimately Eileen found herself in Abram's lap.

"Listen, I think everyone here loved my performance. Every. Single. Audience member. When was the last time you had an audition like that?"

Abram laughed and shook his head. "An audience of one is a whole different animal than a packed house, sweetheart. You've got spunk, though, and I like that."
