Aww, what a cutie pie! I adore her smile; when I look at it I can't help but smile myself. The flower in her hair is a nice touch--reminds me of "he loves me, he loves me not..." in the film.
My only suggestion is to more dynamic pose--mermaids are flexible and seeing her tail straight seems reminiscent of legs. You can convey so much about Ariel through how she's moving, and it would make future pics much more expressive. This is still excellent, though! ^^

I do have one suggestion though, if you don't mind. I think her skin should be a little paler. Red-heads have fairer skin.
