Great story concept too.
When I see things like this makes me feel that Disney and other major studios should allow the fans, to some extent, to collaborate and come up with ideas for Tv shows, other stories and such.

Alternatively: If Flounder went to see Ursula. She would turn him into a Merman to win the heart of Ariel, though I can't think of what she would take in return. There is an obvious connection with the Royal Family though, so that would probably be worked into it for her ultimate goal of ruling the sea.
